More than 62% of over two hundred searches we have conducted in the last five years were filled with diversity candidates (women, African- American, Hispanic, Asian).
We have placed diversity candidates at various levels in an organization including: Product Managers, Group Director, Manufacturing Supervisor, Vice President, General Manager, Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, VP/General Auditor and Tax Director.
A representative list of clients for whom we have provided diversity recruitment services include: Aventis, Schering-Plough, Wyeth, Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Baxter, PSEG, Prudential, Lucent.
Over the years, we have compiled an impressive network of reliable contacts and referral sources in diversity communities including African American, Hispanic, Asian and women’s organizations and networks.
We have established strong personal relationships with Deans, faculty and alumni of historically-minority educational institutions such as Florida A & M University; from whom we gain valuable information on top graduates and successful alumni.
Rudy Smartt, an African-American himself, has maintained a strong, professional network with the African-American and Hispanic communities for over 30 years, through contacts with peers, bosses, subordinates, friends and sources. He has made it a personal goal to provide qualified diversity candidates for each search we conduct.
We regularly attend conferences, seminars and conventions including: the National Black MBA Association, the Hispanic MBA Association, and the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) to enlarge our network of qualified candidates.
We purposefully work harder at developing a diverse slate of qualified candidates for each search we conduct and have compiled a healthy database of diversity candidates.
