Rick brings to the firm over 25 years of professional executive search and recruiting experience as both an accomplished Executive Search Consultant and a senior-level Manager in the corporate world. Prior to forming CSA, he was a Senior Partner and an integral component in the growth and development of GSP International, a major New Jersey-based recruiting and search firm. Rick has successfully completed numerous executive assignments across a broad range of market segments with expertise in the Corporate finance functions.

Rick spent the early part of his career as a Senior Manager with Ernst and Young, where he was responsible for serving the professional accounting, auditing, and consulting needs of large public corporations and emerging growth companies. He was actively involved with the firm’s national leadership training program and the recruiting of its professional staff. This experience helped him to hone the analytical and interpersonal skills that have helped him to be successful in the executive search industry.

Rick has a strong commitment to performance and client satisfaction and has developed long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. His ability to build trust and bring consultative value to each client he serves, along with his personal style and business knowledge, allow him to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Rick earned a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Mount Union College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
